Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account with LoyalKit, a service operated by Mahmoud El Batish ("LoyalKit", "we", "us", "operator"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LoyalKit provides digital loyalty cards for businesses of any kind, delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, plus an owner dashboard to manage customers, stamps, and rewards.
3. Account responsibility
Shop owners are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for the accuracy of the loyalty program rules they configure, including reward thresholds and redemption terms communicated to customers.
4. Acceptable use
- No fraudulent stamping, redemption, or misrepresentation of program rules.
- No spam, no unsolicited marketing using customer contact details.
- No use of the service for any illegal purpose.
- No misrepresentation of the shop's identity or affiliations.
5. Customer data
Shop owners agree to use customer data collected through LoyalKit only to operate their own loyalty program and to comply with all applicable privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
6. Availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, customer data is purged in accordance with the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoyalKit's total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees the shop owner paid to LoyalKit in the twelve months preceding the claim. For accounts on the free tier, that cap is USD 0.
