At LoyalKit, a service operated by Mahmoud El Batish ("LoyalKit," "we," "us", "operator"), we strive to provide high-quality digital loyalty card management tools for your business. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service, which is why we offer clear trial, cancellation, and refund guidelines below.

14-day risk-free trial

Every new business account starts with a 14-day risk-free trial. During this trial period, you have full, unrestricted access to all standard features of LoyalKit to test it out with your customers. You can cancel your trial at any time from your dashboard settings, and you will not be charged.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your ongoing Monthly or Annual subscription at any time directly through the billing portal in your owner dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after your cancellation.
  • No partial-month refunds or prorated credits are automatically issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

Refund eligibility

If you forgot to cancel your trial or are unsatisfied with LoyalKit, we are happy to assist:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund of your most recent monthly fee if you request it within 14 days of the billing date.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund of your annual charge if you request it within 14 days of the payment date.

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are generally not eligible for refunds, but we review extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email at mahmoudbatish8@gmail.com. Please include:

  1. Your business name
  2. The email address registered to your LoyalKit account
  3. A brief reason for your refund request (to help us improve)

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately and will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
