How does the wallet card work?

After a customer signs up, a branded loyalty card goes to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Depending on your program, it shows stamp progress, a points balance, and available rewards. Loyalty updates appear automatically.

What information is shown on the wallet card?

Your shop's name and branding, the customer's first name, their active loyalty balance or progress, reward information, and a QR code your staff can use to identify them. No payment information is shown or stored on the pass.

Is customer data secure?

We collect only the information needed to run the loyalty program: the customer's name, phone number, loyalty balances, and activity history at your shop. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored encrypted at rest, and never sold or shared for advertising.
